DO I NEED A REGISTERED PLUMBER TO INSTALL MY TAP?
Yes. It is recommended that the plumber follows the installation instructions enclosed with the product, this sheet details essential information including the maximum water pressure.
I HAVE A GRAVITY FEED HOT WATER UNIT, CAN I USE A PHOENIX MIXER AND HAND SHOWER?
No, all mixers and hand showers require a minimum water pressure of 150 kpa in order to work efficiently. We recommend using jumper valve tapware only; please speak to our friendly customer service team for products best suited to your need.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE HIGH WATER PRESSURE?
Call a licensed plumber, there are a number of options your plumber can take to correct unequal pressure, like a pressure compensating valve.

WHAT DOES WELS MEAN?
WELS stands for ‘Water Efficiency Labeling and Standards’. It is an Australian government initiative which enforces mandatory labeling for all tapware and shower products sold in Australia, to indicate their water efficiency. The higher the WELS star rating on a product, the more water efficient the product is. Please refer to http://www.waterrating.gov.au or phone 1800 803 772.
IS IT REQUIRED BY LAW TO INSTALL WELS RATED TAPWARE IN HOMES?
Yes, it is a requirement that any new tapware bought and installed by a licensed plumber must be WELS approved.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY TAPWARE PRODUCTS?
Products should be cleaned with mild liquid detergent or soap and water.
Do not use cream cleaners, bleach, or citrus based cleaning products as they are abrasive. if you are unsure weather your cleaning item is abrasive please refer to the back of the product.
Use of unsuitable cleaning agents may damage the surface. Any damage caused in this way will not be covered by warranty.

DO I NEED TO USE A SHOWER MIXER DIVERTER WITH MY TWIN SHOWER SET?
No, all Twin Showers have a diverter built in to divert water for showering to either the overhead shower or the hand held shower. a diverter mixer is needed where you are installing a rail shower and a overhead shower separately, alternatively you can purchase two wall mixers and install them one above the other or side by side, this also enables you to be able to run both shower heads at the same time.
