DELIVERIES

At Timeless Bathroom Supplies, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in the quickest and safest fashion for everyone concerned. Delivery fees may vary depending on factors including product types and state deliveries. Please see below for detailed delivery information:

  • Some items may require more than one person for handling, it is your responsibility to provide additional person at the delivery address.

Tapware, Accessories and Shower Deliveries (Small item Deliveries)

  • Free shipping Australia-wide for cart orders over $800* otherwise $20 flat delivery fees apply for each order that does not exceed $800.
  • Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days. May vary depending on stock availability.
  • Free pickup can usually be arranged from our warehouse in Dandenong South.

 

Medium and Large Item Deliveries

Includes Basins, Toilets & Sinks

  • Delivery fees vary between states. 
  • Flat $60 local delivery fee per cart order for large items within 20kms of Dandenong South .
  • Incremental delivery fees apply for multiple purchased products in the medium items category. If any order exceeds 7 medium-sized items, a flat fee for 7 medium-sized will be charged for the order. 
  • Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days. May vary depending on stock availability.
  • Free pickup can be arranged from our warehouse in Dandenong South.

*Please note we require complete payment before goods are delivered or dispatched. If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the order.

We stock around 90% of the products we put online. In some instances, we may not have the product in stock until an order is placed.

If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order due to goods being unavailable, we will use all endeavors to either:

  1. Source the goods; or
  2. Contact you within 5 business days to either arrange a full or partial refund; or,
  3. Change your order to replace the goods with a comparable product as agreed. Where an alternate product cannot be agreed on, we will refund you the price paid for the goods.
